Mallory is a mother to three girls (Reese, Brynn and Claire) and is married to her outdoorsy husband Zach. She understands the importance of function in a home without sacrificing aesthetics and likes to emphasize how to layer a home with textures and zones to give everyone a soft landing place. She works with real people from the foundation all the way to the finishing touches. From custom cabinetry to home furnishings Mallory truly cares about the balance of finishes and materials to create a cohesive home. She truly believes we are directly affected by our surroundings so why not surround yourself with beauty!

Justin Mueller
Design Associate
Since 2016, Justin has grown his passion for interior design and styling into the Mid-Michigan region helping many clients create beautiful and functional spaces. With a career that began in New England where he spent 5 years living in Connecticut, Justin has helped clients express themselves through unique home interiors. His broad experience with various design styles allows him to adapt seamlessly to his clients’ needs, ensuring each project is a perfect reflection of their vision. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his three cats, traveling to new destinations, and exploring the great outdoors with his nature-loving husband.
Michelle Olson
Office Administrator
Michelle is a dedicated professional with nearly 20 years of experience and service in education and administration. She joined the Mallory Hoggard Interiors team in 2024 and is passionate about providing behind-the-scenes support to Mallory and her clients throughout the design process.
Outside of work, Michelle cherishes quality time at home with her husband and their dogs, Missy, Paisley, and Elise. She finds joy in simple moments like sharing a cup of coffee, reading, and relaxing by the campfire in her backyard or up north with family and friends. Above all, Michelle and her husband find the greatest joy in serving their family and others.

Hoggard's process begins before the foundation is poured. Rule No. 1: She puts herself in the homeowner's shoes. "I never compromise on beauty, but lam someone who considers all functional aspects of a design." What defines her style? "Layering. To create a stylish, livable home, I layer a neutral base with textures and high-performance fabrics, floor coverings, and finishes highlighted with colorful accents," Hoggard says. "I help my clients build their home's character by sourcing unique pieces that feel collected over time. To me, this makes a home feel cozy and inviting while still personalized to the homeowner's individual style."
